How do I obtain a user manual ?

When I purchased my Euro-Pro TO160L, I did not receive a copy of the user manual. Please inform me how I may would obtain one ??

    I purchased the same one from LinensNThings going out of business sale. I didn't receive a manual and found out there aren't any toaster racks in it either. Of course, it is non-returnable. Do you know how/where I could purchase the racks? The Euro-pro website doesn't offer them for the 160-L model.
