Go to START - CONTROL PANEL - SYSTEM - SYSTEM RESTORE "Turn off system restore" must be unchecked. Click Apply, click Ok.

Than you can go to Accessories, System tools, System restore and select create a restore point. System will normally make restore points by itself.

My ASUS Eee PC1101HA laptop infected by virus i want to format it now..but right now i dont have my driver cd for my laptop..help me plzzz plzz..thanks in advance

Hello.

I would suggest trying System Restore before formatting your drive.

Boot your system to Safe Mode (press F8 repeatedly). Go to System Restore and choose a date when your system worked OK. Note: with System Restore, everything, including your documents and other files you saved on the hard drive, will roll back to that date.

To access System Restore in Windows 7: Open the Start Menu. Click on All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and System Restore.

Hope this resolves your problem.

My notebook sound is not working.. plzz solve my prob

if your sound was working before do a system restore back to the point when it was working.click, start then hover over programs then go to accessories then system tools, click system restore and pick restore my computer to an earlier time pick a date in bold numbers (ie the date it was working) or before then restore. if this does not work go to this site for a sound driver but only if restore does not solve the problem you dont want conflicting sound drivers http://www.filehippo.com/download_realtek_ac97/

1. Click start

5. Right click it and click on uninstall
6. Restart the computer
7. It will automatically reinstall the driver

Uninstall the framework. If that doesn't work, perform a system restore.
Restore your pc to a date before you installed the framework.

To perform a system restore, follow these steps.
1.Click on start menu
2.Select All programs
3.Select Accessories, then select System tools.
4.Select System Restore.
5.The system restore window will be displayed,
select "Restore to an earlier time"
6. Click on Next
7. Select a restore point, preferably the one before you installed the the frame work and then click on next.
8.Confirm and the system will restore to the point you selected.

There something blocking my computer for connecting to my wireless internet. my mother boyfriend try to add dial up to my laptop i dont know why but now vits locked up and will not connect to the internet

Assuming you have XP first do a system restore (start/accessories/system tools/system restore) restore it to a date when your connection last worked correctly.
If that dont work go into control panel open internet options click connections remove any connections and click never dial a connection.

System restore isnt working now

not supposed to do another system restore. You are basically re-installing USB devices one by one again so the devices dont have conflict. Be sure to install the driver for the drive first before plugging it in.
