    Hello,



    I have quiet same problem with my Brother HL-7050NDLT.

    I'm french so I will try to describe you this with my poor english level! (sorry)



    At first the screen show me that the toner is empty, and a few second later, it says that the toner cartdrige isn't well set.



    It happen when I replace the toner cartdrige, I have tried another toner ,another drum...But there 's no change.

    Hope someone could help me, thank you .

    Toners are installed but printer does not see the toners.

    My toner supply says it is low, so we installed a new cartridge. It still says that the toner is low.

You failed to give us the brand and model number.

In general, it can happen that a refilled cartridge is not recognized if the cassette uses a 'chip' to identify if the cartridge is an orginal or a refill.

It may also be necessary to pull the wall plug and allow it to remain without power overnight.
This will often reset a stubborn device that 'remembers' an error.

Installed toner cartridge samsung clx6200fx and it keeps saying install toner what is wrong

Did you get a Samsung toner cartridge or an off brand? Toner cartridges have small chips that tell the printer how much toner is left.. Not all of those chips will work correctly.

Magicolor 3730DN toner not installed

I had something similar happen with a Magenta cartridge. My only option was to call Minolta. After hours on the phone they finally agreed to replace the faulty cartridge.

I suspect that from time to tame we receive a cartridge with a faulty chip.

Brand new lexmark original cartridge is not recognised. error report' no cartridge'. all contacts cleaned machine dismantled and cleaned and reassembled. has done this before on occasion with refilled...

1. Open the top front cover of the printer. If the display DOES NOT read Close cover or Insert cartridge, the 32 error is not caused by the toner cartridge and printer service will be required to fix the problem.

2. Make sure the correct toner cartridge is installed for this printer model.
1. Check Lexmark for a list of compatible cartridges for your printer.
2. If the wrong toner cartridge is installed, remove it and install the correct one.

3. If the correct toner cartridge is installed, it may not be seated correctly. To ensure that this is not the cause of the error, do the following:
1. Turn off the printer.
2. Reseat the toner cartridge.
3. Close the lid.
4. Power the printer back on and check the display.

4. If reseating the toner cartridge does not clear the error message and the error started as soon as you installed this particular toner cartridge, the cartridge may be broken. You can check this as follows:
1. Power off the printer and then reinstall the old cartridge. (You can also try a different new cartridge to see if that clears the error.)
2. If the error does disappear, the problem may lie with this cartridge. Please contact the point of purchase, especially if the cartridge is brand new out of the box.

5. If the error cannot be cleared by putting in a new toner cartridge or one that is known to be working, the printer may require service to fix the problem.

This error message appears on the printer screen when the printer thinks the wrong toner cartridge is installed. To clear it or identify a service requirement, follow the steps below. NOTE: If you succeed in resolving the problem at any stage during the procedure, you not need to perform the remaining steps.

I have a Kyocera FS-2000D i've installed a new toner kit, but the printer is stuck on saying "please wait" adding toner.

Turn of the printer unplug and then turn back on.

Was the toner you installed a Kyocera toner or a after market toner? If it was an after market toner that could be your issue.

Printer/Toner Problem

Sounds like it may be a remanufactured toner cartridge, and the 'reset lever' has not been installed or replaced. If you look at the side of the toner unit, you will see a sort of 'half moon' notch, that should have a white coloured lever within it. This lever is pushed backward when the cartridge is installed. So, on a new cartridge, it should be pushed forward (or towards the printer as you install it).
Note: This lever is not installed on the cartridge that the printer was shipped with (starter cartridge).

Hey

in printer menu you have to look up some setting and tell the printer to continue printing when toner emty, you'll find it in gualiti menu or engie menu, i dont remember exactly.
second i think you still need to have all toners installed, if C is installed but shows no toner, then you have to clean chip reader under the toner rack.

Toner not installed problem Err: Line 2408

i have the same problem. my printer says all of the toner cartridges are not installed. i have taken each one out and returned them, and have rebooted the printer multiple times. nothing helps.
