Model FRT16CRH stopped working. I have checked the circuit it is plugged into, and it is OK. Is there a reset button?

Check that the plug your refrigerator is plugged into is not part of your GFCI circuit. If you have a plug that has a test/reset button on it (usually on the same wall, but not
necessarily) press the reset button and see if that doesn't help.

Stopped or Won't Start If the washer won't start or has stopped during a load, verify it has power. Plug a nightlight or other device into the power outlet to test it if you can easily access it. Otherwise, check the circuit box for a tripped breaker. Open and close the lid or door of the machine. If the washer stopped during a wash, adjust the load so that it is balanced. Programmable Washing Machine Certain programmable washers have a reset function. This function clears an unintentional "Delay Start" command and resets controls in the case of a program error when the machine won't start. The method of resetting varies by make and model. Gentlemen,

if your screen keeps "resetting", and it takes almost a minute with no move, and afterwards, if your screen works too slow when you see the message "press a key", problem might be the emergency stop button.
it is very easy to try. just take out 4 screws out from the bottom of emergency button box, open it up and take the cables which are closer to you out, and connect them by hand.
in this way you will be bypassing the emergency button and disabling its functionality.
then check if it works.
I attached the photo of faulty switches which should normally close the circuit, and only opens when emergency button is pressed. those ones lose their conductivity, so keep the circuit open, preventing any of your motors working.

1. Make Sure the Power Cord is Securely Connected to the Machine and the Electrical Outlet
2. Make Sure the Machine is Plugged Into a Functional and Stable Power Outlet Test the power outlet that the machine is plugged in to by connecting another device to the outlet. Make sure the outlet is functional and stable. If possible, have the line tested by an electrician. If necessary, plug the machine into another power outlet.

Check if power is coming to the socket, if yes check plug fuse, if ok check if reset button on circuit board has tripped, try after resetting

1= reset the c.breaker from your home see if are tripped and reset.
2= open for thermal fuse open, test continuity with DVOM OR VOM and replace.
3) test the power cord for open or broken or break.
4= check the switch for door maybe is open must be continuity until 0 , or swtich defective see the diagram attached. God bless you

you need a new hv capacitor and a fuse

No reset button. You might tray a hard reset by unplugging it for a couple of minutes then plugging it back in.
