After installing my lexmark 7675 my laptop cannot access the wireless network

Wireless communication issues could be due to wireless signal quality, signal interference, firewall, etc. Make sure your printer is positioned where it receives excellent wireless signal strength (avoid physical obstructions whenever possible) and away from appliances which emit wireless signals (e.g. microwave ovens, cordless telephones, baby monitors, and other wireless electronics) that may cause interference. Make sure to allow full access to all Lexmark software and printer communication processes in the program rules/permissions for your firewall.

Lexmark 6500 orange blinking light

Blinking orange on the WiFi light means one of the following:
  • The printer is out of the range of the wireless access point (wireless router)
  • The printer is trying to communicate with the wireless access point but the wireless access point is turned off or not working properly.
  • Either the configured printer of the wireless access point has been turned off and back on, and the printer is trying to establish communications with the network.
  • The wireless settings of the printer may no longer be valid.

Cant get my printer s305 to connect to wireless, wont accept wep key ,, any way round it, please help

Good day! There are things you need to check to successfully connect the printer for wireless connection.
1. Make sure the wifi light on the printer is solid orange before continuing. If not, go to Setup > Network Setup > Reset Network Adapter to Defaults. Wifi light should turn off, then wait for it to turn solid orange.
2. WEP key can be ASCII or HEX(hexadecimal) depending on what was assigned to it. You may be using an incorrect WEP key. Just to make sure, access your router setup page and double-check the WEP key assigned to it. If you don't know how to access the router setup page, you can always ask assistance from either your internet service company or the router's manufacturer.
Once you get the correct WEP key and wifi light solid orange on the printer, try connecting the printer again for wireless connection. Good luck!

May I connect this to wireless?

You can but to a print server router cause you would only be able to print wireless.

Talks about it on this page for the optional ports.

Wireless print server

If your WEP encryption key is turned on, it will not work. To correct this, go into Internet Explorer and type in the IP address of the printer. Type in the WEP key in the correct place and save the information to the print server, then restart the search program.

There is a detailed thread I posted on this last July on Fixa. You should be able to find it by searching under the Linksys print server by the model number.
