This computer uses the generic driver for Windows XP and Windows 7 and thus there's no need to install a driver. If you need to re-install the Webcam driver, try to do the following:
For Windows XP / 7 1. Press the Windows Key+R on the keyboard (the windows key looks like this ). 2. Type devmgmt.msc then press Enter.
3. Expand Imaging Devices, right click on your camera and choose Update Driver Software
4. Click Search Automatically for Updated Driver Software
If this doesn't work, I recommend doing a System Restore (if it was working a few days or weeks ago, step by step guide here) or a System Recovery (if you don't mind starting from scratch - you need to press F8 simultaneously during boot-up > choose Repair Your Computer and click on your account > Choose Dell Factory Image Restore).
select device manager from their choose imaging devices or camera. right click on it choose check for drivers or update driver option. it may help you. :)

1st try holding down FN and F5 (or F button with camera on) If nothing works you can go to the dell website and install the relevant driver for your webcam. Hope this helps, if you need any further help or assistance i'll be happy to help
