When transfering file from voice tracer to computer folder, system freezes from time to time. most often on file #7. even when file #7 is transferred to computer first. after many tries it can be accomplished. this happens on more than one computer - using windows xp professional

So that you will be able to transfer your file from one PC to the other you have to share your folder first.
1. Share your folder in your old computer. Right click the folder then click Properties and Choose Sharing Tab. Check Share this folder (For windows 7 or vista you have to click Advance sharing button first)
2. Open your explorer from the other computer and Choose Network. Now, you should see the shared folder where your files are. Then start copying the files to your new computer.
*Note: you can also delete the files from the other computer by setting permission of the folder properties.
When you launched the FinePix Viewer, go to "Settings", and then move your cursor down to "Way of Saving", tick the "Make Folder" by "Date", and then click "Browse" to identify the drive partition/folder to save your photos. After that, click the icon with the symbol of the "camera to folder" on your top right corner, to upload your photos to your computer.

try to move the files to a new folder one at a time then transfer... to move the files press play to play the file, then hold folder button down for 1 second, then press + button to select folder, then enter to move... but do this one at a time because one of the files may be corrupted
All files should be set for transfer when using the Olympus software. There is a way you can check folder B in my computer by locating the program folder where the olympus software resides. If folder B is empty, the recording could have landed in A, C, or D folder.
