I have a Sharp Aquos 52" LCD HDTV, model # LC-52E77UN. I have had it about 6 months and when I got home from work yesterday I turned it on...about 5 minutes later it turned off automatically. I tried to turn it back on both using the remote and the power button on the side of the TV but it will not turn on - it makes a click sound like it is going to turn on but does not turn on. There are 2 green lights blinking in a pattern - the power light blinks once and then the power and the OPC light both blink together, then just the power, then the two together and keeps repeating. If I hold my hand over each light to see thier blinking patterns separately - the power light blinks twice before a pause and the OPC light blinks once before a pause (this is how they tell you to do it when you call tech support). I have tried unplugging the TV and plugging it back in after 30 seconds or so.
Does anyone know what this blinking pattern means?

The first thing that you need to do is to open the back cover of your tv.Go to the power supply section it is separate board where the power cord is connected.Using a multitester,plug in the power cord and measure for the output supply.see if the 5vdc ,12vdc and 24vdc are present..if one of this output is missing,replace the power supply board But if the output voltage are complete,replace the inverter board,It is a board that supplies the high voltage to the backlights of your monitor/screen....You can also try to reset the system of your tv by pressing the the small switch mounted on the main board press it twice while the power is on...tnx and good luck!

I have a lc-32sb24u that turns on.Then displays channel/cable 4 on sceen then turns off. flashing greenlight
