To watch video from usb on TV format is limited toe AVI and not all codecs. I don't understand your question "Can I down load soft ware" What kind of software do you want to download? From your TV? Is it a "smart TV"? Even if it is, I guess you can't download sowtware from it.
Not sure what software you are looking for but here is all the d-link website has for the N-150 (there model # dir-601)
You should be able to use it without installing any software. You just need a browser to configure it.
Let me know if you have any other questions I can help with
ftp://ftp.dlink.com/Router/ Is the FTP download section for drivers for D-Link routers. You didn't specify the model number so I couldn't go any further in the search directory. Your other option is to search google for D-Link downloads.
In order to download software for your device you will need to know the wireless technology (G), the model no. (F5D7230-4) and the version (?). Look at the underside of your router and you should see the model number and the version which is something like v7000, v8000, v9000, etc. Then go to the Belkin.com support page at http://en-us-support.belkin.com/app/product/list/q/routers/session/L3NpZC9vV2tsSS1Nag%3D%3D and follow the prompts. After you enter the required information, you will be taken to a page were you can download software, drivers, and firmware for your device. You can also peruse the FAQs and download manuals and documentation, etc.
One possibility is that your wireless is being interferred with by either another wireless router or a cordless phone. 2.4Ghz cordless phones can knock a wireless router offline. I had a similar issue with a panasonic 2.4 Ghz phone taking down my 54g. I replaced it with a 5.8Ghz model and all is good. If you are in an apartment complex, it is possible the interference is coming from a neighbor. You might try switching the "channel" in the router configuration. Test various channels to see if the problem still exists.
