Assuming that you've got adequate water flow, clean/new filter and the pump works as it should; Try a new sensor. They can and do sometimes fail and the sensor is much cheaper than the PCB. ;)

Hot tub run on hgh for 7 mins or so then shuts off for 3 mins or so then comes back on when i try to turn it back on before the 3 mins is up hear a click

Was your motor just replaced? I see this issue from time to time. It is caused by the pump overheating. You've either got clogged vents, very rare unless you have a rat problem in the spa, or your motor was replaced with one that has less hp.

ex. Either a spa repair company trying to make more money, or a home owner trying to save money deside to replace a 2.5 HP motor with a 1.5 HP motor with out changing the wet end. Now you have a smaller motor trying to push the origanal imperller. Result is motor overheats, thermal overload kicks the motor off, motor cools and comes back on to start the cycle over again.

Dream maker spa x-400 won't shut off keeps heating. I have turned it off and let it tottaly cool down the temp max temp is set to 95 and it never shuts off until it gets to 105 and overheats.

I had the same problem last year, I talked to a spa guy and he stated that the temp sensor was probably covered in bio crud. He also stated that the tub should be cleaned with a hot tub flush. After doing that I have not had a problem with the temp settings.

Motor will not come on. flashing OH on tub display dial. Dream maker Model #8003 x 400 series 86L Just purchased used spa and have no manual or directions. thanks

OH stands for Over Heat situation.
If the motor is not working at all, you are getting the OH code because of that. The OH happens when there is not enough circulation in the hot tub which causes the water near the heater to overheat the sensor located in that area. It sounds like either the pump has failed, the wiring has shorted to the motor, or the control board is not telling the pump to come on.
Its probably a bad motor since the heater is obviously activating, which it wouldnt if the pumps motor was getting no power. Replace motor and all should be well again.

Control flashes oh

This code is for an OverHeat situation.
This could happen for a number of reasons. The most likely are either a clogged impeller inside the circulation pump, or a clogged cartridge filter.

Even if the filter looks clean, they only have 6 months recommended use in a residential hot tub before invisible debris start to clog them. Once the filter is clogged, the flow of water is greatly reduced. Once the water flow is reduced, the water flowing through the heating element starts to OverHeat due to being in contact with with the heater for too long.

Cut the power to the spa off, remove the filter element, reapply power to the spa, and check for the code. If it does not reappear, simply get a new filter element.

If the code reappears, clean out the pump impeller. and reset power again.

As a last resort, you might have to check the thermistor. Its rare, but a thermistor can fail and show a false high temp reading.

My hot tub had a OH where the temp usually is, then went blank and i wasnt able to reset it. i just replaced the cord and resiliconed around the temp readout

This is probally your temp sensor. Where it is on your system is hard to say. If you have a book on the system it will be in there.

Plugged in our EZ Spa for first time - panel shows 'SN'

Open your drain for a moment till you get water or force water into the skimmer. If you have an air lock in the pipes this will stop the spa from working.
