try this --go control panel> go programs> see if windows 10 is a program >highlight it > uninstall
failing that take it to a computer repair shop and have them uninstall win10

use a windows cd as if you are installing a fresh copy. there is an option repair just right before you press the F8(before you perform format) there is a selection that says press F8 to continue or R to repair, if you pres R it will Bring you to a command promt type "fixboot" and hit enter then type "fixmbr" the hit enter again type exit and see if your pc boot normally
if your laptop properties then chack your sound driver if it not install you setup your motherboard driver then setup properly......... other you change your near laptop service then change board or chack audio IC......
