Maybe the chain isn't tight enough, Not that it should be tight but with a gentle pull away from the guide bar the "roots" of the chain should not come clear of the groove in the bar.
The chain should not be too tight but so long as the chain runs freely, which you can check by rotating the chain by hand, then it w should run OK.
Don't forget, always keep the chain perfectly sharp as a blunt chain causes wear and tear on the machine and makes the work a lot harder for the operator.

Oil not coming out on the bar

Check chain oil reservoir, assuming it is full and pathways are clear, your oil pump might be toast , or not set up properly. Usually, there is an adjusting screw. Don't run it dry.

Ake 40 18s chain keeps coming off when in use

The only time I saw this was when the saw was run with the chain too loose. The chain should be snug al the way around the bar. If it is run loose for too long the chain will develop burs on the driver links. Now the driver link will not fit in the groove on the bar so the chain is tossed off. Replace with a new chain

Chain keeps coming off bar

The chain only comes off the bar if, the chain has become lose and de railed, or if the timber you are cutting is very springy and you are trapping it in the cut, our twisting it in the cut, if the saw is not oiling the chain correctly it will stretch and if not addressed will come off, once it has come off the drive links are usually damaged, you should realy start again with a new chain, when running close to a clean peice of wood you should a steady stream of chain oil coming from the end of the guide bar.

The chainsaw runs fine chain rotates all ok untill pressure is applied to cut through a small branch. the chain then comes to a stop and sometimes the engine will stall???

The engine should 4-stroke lightly when running at speed unloaded, but immediately 2-stroke when cutting. Adjust the H jet CCW somewhat to accomplish this. Make sure the chain is being oiled properly, the chain tension is correct, and the chain is sharpened properly. If this doesn't help, then remove the bar and chain, and wash out the clutch internals with spray carburetor cleaner to remove excess oil. Hope this helps!

My chainsaw does not cut although the chin is brand new, the direction of chain is correct also.

If the chain is turning, it has to cut. Make sure the cutting edge of the teeth are coming toward you on the lower run of chain. Good luck!

Replace bar and or chain ...saw runs but not with the chain

The bar MUST be straight. Soak the chain with penetrating oil. If that doesn't free it up, replace it. If it is kinked sideways--replace it. Never run a chainsaw with damaged parts.
