Horizontal lines with picture in between

I have this camera and I get horizontal lines with picture in between, For example there will be in 2 inch line with video then one with just black then video again.. so on and so forth.. the black lines do not move either

This sounds like a bad CCD. Unfortunately the nature of these units does not allow for experimention. Don't attempt to open this up. It is time to see an authorized service center. Expect an evaluation charge of $100-$150.
