This is what you will do, when you sync it again stop the automatic sync the click on your player on the itunes window to see its details, you will see 3 or 4 checkboxes and check manually add music or songs and ucncheck if there is any, the box that says automatically sync music, then click sync, it will start syncing again the disconnect. add songs only to the folder where itunes have got the songs so that next time you sync the ipod the songs previously added wont be erased.

How to delete some songs from 3rd generation ipod nano

For automatic syncing, you must reconfigure your settings so that the album/tracks/content you wish to remove is no longer configured to sync to your iPod. For example, if the Sync only checked songs and videos option is enabled from under the iPod's Summary tab, make sure all the tracks for this album do NOT have a tick mark next to them in your iPod. Then resync your iPod with iTunes.
If that isn't the case, you'll want to look at the iPod's Music configuration tab. You can access this tab by selecting your iPod underDevices. This should bring you to theSummary tab over to the right. Look for the Music tab along the top and select it. Here you can configure how and what music syncs to your device. If you make any changes to this tab, be sure to hit the Apply button in the lower right hand corner to sync the updated changes to your device.
Otherwise, if you manually manage your iPod's contents, you must manually remove content from it. You can do this by plugging your iPod in and clicking the small black triangle next to your iPod from under the Devices section in the left hand pane of iTunes. This will open up a submenu of content that is indented underneath the name of your device, so go ahead and click on Music (or whatever content you are wanting to remove). Locate the track or tracks/content you wish to delete. Highlight them and hit the Delete key or choose Edit -> Delete.

Deleting songs from Ipod Nano 8GB

When you connect the ipod nano to the computer, you can do one of two things: you can go to the ipod's main home page in itunes and go to the bottom where it will have four options listed. 1 of them should say manually manage files. Click on the check box next to it and it should ask you if you are sure and click yes. Then go into your music folder of your ipod and delete the songs you don't want on there. To add music, all you have to do is click and drag what you want onto the oped. The second way you could do it is to go into your library before connecting your nano to your computer and un-checking all of the boxes next to the music you do not want on your nano and then connect it to a computer and let it sync. The first way is easiest and less time consuming as you only have to do it once. Hope this helps!

My iPod won't sync...

Well, in theory you really shouldnt have connected it with another computer as they are only designed to sync to the same (origional) computer. But on the origional one you need to make sure that all itunes upgrades have been done and that the usb is connecting properly, maybe trying it with another usb cable? I hope I mhelped, if not contact apple as soon as you can.
