Who knows? You gotta post a video of your furnace so we can see what you got. Here is the sequence of operation of a late model furnace. they all basically work the same way. They have a draft inducer fan that causes a vacuum in a small hose leading to the pressure switch. If the board reads negative pressure it know the draft motor is working and pulling a draft it then cause the ignitor to kick in and after a minute opens the gas valve. It wait a sec to verify flame with the flame sensor and then if that flame is there it keeps burning and after 30 more seconds the fan kicks in. Turn the furnace OFF and locate the drip pan. It sounds like it is clogged or has been clogged and needs cleaning. Also, I would be interested to know, how you determined that it is mold being kicked out from the vent nearest the unit?
You probably have a shorted wire between the heater and the a/c. There are two wires that conncet the control power to the outdoor a/c from the heater they should be on terminal c & y in the heater. disconect those two wires and try it again if the fuse doesnt blow you have a short in the wire between the a/c & heater
Your indoor furnace is weather king? If you have a a/c unit outside, it could be a heat pump, but you have to provide the model number on it.. If you do have a unit outside, when you call for heat does the outdoor unit kick on?
Sounds like the compresser is going out on the unit the noise is internal the winding would not have anything to do with that noise maybe valves going out
