do factory settings press 2945#*# and then select factory settings this method will delete your all data so please first make backup, if this didnt solve the problem you need to give someone who repair hardware( maybe need to change speaker and mic).

Hi, what makes when you call someone you can hear the caller and when the caller calls you, you will not hear the person, is because the mouth piece of the phone is damaged and will need to be replaced.

The mouth piece is located at the lower part of the phone inside the phone.Very easy to locate.

there is a solution to the problem. The phone is a flex phone and most flex phones have similar problem on samsung phones.

It is a flex problem.The flex is in thread like form that connects the board to the front board that makes the screen displays.

The flex enables both the ringer, ********, and the earpiece to function, so when the flex is damaged it affects all other components.

You need to replace the old flex to a new one so that the other component can function again.

If you are able to hear your callers it means on your side network is fine.May be the problem is with the other side's network.U need to check with your callers the network issue.
