Press and hold for 3 seconds the "Control Lock/Unlock" button on the control panel to unlock the control panel. The "Control Lock" status light is goes out when the control panel is unlocked.

check both breakers one may be bad if its a220dryer

Could you please explain the problem in depth for me? Not sure what you mean by the control panel not working. Is it getting power? Do you have lights on inside the dryer (if it is equipped with it)?

you have to push and hold the button that has the lock symbol next to it. i think on this it is on the far right hand side on the control panel.

Try pressing an holding the "End of Cycle Signal" button on the front panel in for 3 seconds. This button is used to lock/unlock the control panel to keep small children from manipulating the controls when the dryer is not in use. A designed safety feature. Very simple. There is a button an the panel that says Control Lock on it. Press and hold it in for 5 - 10 seconds. It should unlock. thanks Dave www.washermd.com

On the lower right hand side of the control panel, hold the bottom button in for 3-5 seconds until the light goes out.

At the far right buttons on control panel, the very bottom far right button says control lock. hold in for 5-10 secs and the control lock will turn off.
