Pls go to the audio menu with the panasonic remote and be sure the speakers are on........you may also want to un plug and plug back after ten min to reset the tv. You may want to reset your cable box the same way

you need to replace (2) STK392-110s some are 120s 150s up grade to 180s.Also after you replace them you will have to do complete alinement of convergence in order to do this you must have service codes.
