Good day,

I have one advice if this case happens again. Try to connect to your net provider in a less hot, humid, windy or noisy surrounding. Since signals travel thru sound waves winds and other noises can really make your connection drop and sometimes halt the connection.

Drivers missing off my dell xps m1530.

Hello you can always download for free here at DELL:

http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/04/Product/xps-m1530

Try also the service tag number here:

http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/04/DriversHome/ShowProductSelector?fkey=Drivers_PS

In order to get the right drivers.

But first select your windows system.

Open the folder and download the driver.
You might have to unzip the file before you install it.

Here is not drivers for all windows systems, but the vista driver should work on windows 7.

Good luck

Dell XPS M1530 System does not read CD/DVD Drive after Windows XP installation . Can anyone help

If the LED is flashing when booting. Look for a pinhole on the drive and get a pn that fits on it, insert and push. This is the emergency eject.

check my computer if its there. If not follow this.
1. Run Regedit
2. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
3. Delete Upper and Lower Filters on the right hand side pane.
4. Exit and restart.

Please comment if the information has been helpful. Thank you and regards.

Scroll on my touchpad doesnt work

You need to download your touchpad driver made for your XPS off the dell website. When windows installs, or when you buy a laptop, it doesn't come with the latest drivers.
