The one thing you can do is to try security code instead of lock code. If it doesn't work, take it to SSC ( Sony Service Center ), they will update and completely reset the phone. The code will also become default and the default code can be obtained in the manual. If you don't have the manual then it can be easily provided by the Dealer.
