When I tried to send the text message on the screen it says sending message but it then it will be just transfer to the outbox and won't be sent. why is that?

This is because when you send a text message it gets stored in the outbox and it wil be sent.As there is no memory in the phone the message sent cannot be stored up in outbox which says memory full.

Please delete the images ,music files from the phone memory so that you can sent the text messages with photos.

You need to delete any messages in your inbox and outbox and sent and draft messages and turn phone on and off

follow the steps below to send text

1. login and select 'Send New Text Message' link from the Inbox, Outbox, or Pending views.
2. Type in your text message and save for sending.
3. Run the Motorola TEXT application on your phone, and your text message will be sent. Your message record will be moved out of the Pending folder into your Outbox online.

try to delete all Send messaged in your Sent folder in your Outlook. Because there is limitation of 2GB per folder, and if you reached it then all messages in Outbox can not be sent because they can't be copied to Sent folder.

Same thing is happening to me in same way and no solution found yet.

I have an I68 and have learned there is no sent box either. It works like this. When you send a text message you can go in settings and make it where it will give you a delivery report that the text was sent. Without that on is still easy. If the message does not send it will be posted in your "outbox". If there's nothing in your outbox then it was sent :P

it is a normal process. first the message goes to outbox then it is sent.. try any nokia phone in the world.

to text:
1. at the "home" screen, click the button to the left of the analoge stick, this should click on menu taking you to a screen with 9 icons.
2. click the icon on the top row in the middle called "messaging"
3. Select option one "new message"
4. Type whatever the message is using the numbered buttons 0-9.
5. Once finished, select the option "send to", and input the name or number you want to send it too.
6. To make sure it sent, go back to the options screen with "new message" but scroll down to the "sent" box, if the message sent than it would be in there, if not, your message will be in the outbox and it means you have a bad signal. If its in the "outbox" than hit resend and wait to see if it sends.

All you have to do is go to your message setting on your phone:
1. Open Messaging
2. On New message sellect options at bottom
3. Open settings
4. Open Text message, you should see: Message centre, message centre in use ect..
5. Open message centres this should go to next screen then open again, this screen should have : Message centre name & Message centre number (from your network provider you need to find out what is the message centres name & number are e.g in Australia it should be SMSC1 and number is +61411990001) then just manually enter these in there.

I had this same problem. Deleting and clicking "yes" at the warning screen would not remove the message from my outbox and the message kept resending for days.

Solution: In the Outbox, click "Menu" > Empty Deleted Items. Click "yes" at the warning. The message should now be gone from your outbox and your text buddy should now be able to regain sanity.

T-mobile credited back the resent text messages when I called them.
