Plug your mp3 player into your pc. It should automatically show up as a drive. If it doesn't, got to "my computer" and you will see it there. Open it up as a drive by doubleclicking on it. It will show various system files which run the mps(DO NOT DELETE THESE) and the music files. Delete the music files only.
Plug your mp3 player in
Wait a few seconds
Open My Computer
Look for the name or brand of your particular mp3player
Go into the music or multimedia folder
Select an undesired song and press delete.
You should backup your data and format the player.
Plug her in, copy your music onto your computer, then format it by right clicking the drive in My Computer, then going to Format, then clicking Start.
After it's finished, copy your music back over to the player and it should be sorted.
