When you need software iRiver Plus3 to run on your computer, select Plus3 from the support page top or next link:
http://www.iriverinc.com/plus3/overview.asp

For example,
when you need to update the firmware inside the player:
select a category: firmware
select a product: E100
click GO on the right side
A list of all firmware versions for the E100 shows up (latest version 1.22)

You need to download the software from Panasonic's website. http://www.panasonic.com
I am not sure if they have drivers for Windows7 yet. The alternative would be to e-mail them at [email protected].

How do i delete music from my E100?

If you want to delete stuff from your E100 while your actually using it then you go to file manager in the menu, find the file you want to delete and then hold the right arrow until it comes up with 'delete file'. If you want to delete it while your on your computer then find the folder of your E100, find the file and just hit the delete key or right click and 'send to trash' or drag the file to the trash.
