Check both input selections on your computer and your projector. They both need to be set on the same input to work. For example, if the computer is set at 1080 and the projector is set on 720, it wont work. They need to match. Good luck!
It is more likely to be a problem with the laptop. If the projector comes on fine then it isn't seeing the signal. Maybe check the cables and outputs. It may be a setting in the diplay properties. Or the video card has failed. Good luck
Turn on projector, press and hold the input, enter and undo buttons on the projector then while still holding those three press the on button. Make sure you do this before the timer goes to 0% or it wont turn on again.
There is no problem with the cable as the voltage ident on it is the maximum safe voltage that may pass through it without risk of electric shock. I would imagine that you have to find your instructions and reset the lamp life now. Hope that helps.
