'm having big issues with my touch screen dvd player that i bought. I was driving and the cd stopped playing like it was scratched, but the screen went all static like vertically. It froze and turning if off was the only way to get it to return to normal. Then after about a minute it did the same thing, only this time the screen did the static like horizontally. Now the background of my player only shows black, and putting it in dvd player mode makes it freeze. It will not release the cd inside the player at all. Hitting the tiny reset button doesn't help, i've hit it many times.
Before this happened yesterday, i was having other problems with the player, such as it resetting itself randomly. I would start my car and all the channels would be back to default and my settings not programed. I do not know off the top of my head what the model number is and i don't have the box that it came in. This player isn't even 4 months old. Please help me out with this.

First of all your system is wired incorrectly. The person who wired it up is using either a power or remote signal from a light switch. That's NOT good. To correct find proper remote wire or you can use a power source that turns off when you turn ignition off and remove it from the Head light switch wires. Easy to find use a test light and check for power wire when ignition is on and No power when ignition is off. Good Luck contact if you need more help.Thanks for using FIX YA
