Is this where the belt would be also, because my arm bumped the wall because it did not have enough clearance and it jumps and clicks when returning to home.

Sounds like you may have a belt problem or possibly an object in the carriage system. Underneath the free arm there is a cover that can be removed so you may inspect the area. I would remove it and take a look, maybe you will be lucky and find an object there that is causing the noise.

Ok...sounds like the belt is either loose or damaged (teeth in the belt broken), probably happened when the arm hit. It sounds like it is time to see a tech.

I lost the cloth guide that hooks into the embroidery arm of my Janome 9000. Is there anywhere I can buy a replacement?

If you mean the hoops look on ebay, or try a search because there seems to be heaps of accessories on line

Does this machine have a low shank --- or high shank?

High Shank Machines are all the Janome Embroidery models MC 8000, MC 9000, 10000, 10001, 11000, 200E, 300E, 350E....etc
If yours is not an embroidery machine, it has a LOW SHANK .....the higher shank allows for easier access for the embroidery hoop

I'm looking for a "sw" hoop for a Janome 11000. I can't seem to find them on-line. Do you know a site where I could find one?

Ask at your local Janome dealer, or find your local dealer at the janome.com Store Locator in your home region.

Carriage of my futura 200 is stuck

Turn off the machine, remove the Hoop from the embroidery arm, then turn it back on. You'll notice some of the hoops have an extra piece of metal that the machine identifies it with. Mine just didn't like the hoop I had on.
