You need to erase the internal memory of the camera. With no card in the camera, go into the menu and find "format"...follow the on-screen instructions.

You will need to install the latest drivers for this card. Go to the Nvidia website and select the relevant options from the drop down menus.

Product Type: GeForce
Product Series: GeForce 5 FX Series
Product: GeForce FX 5500
Operating System: The operating system you are using
Language: English (US)

Then click search

It will then take you to the download page.

If this dowsn't work then make sure you have connected your monitor to the FX 5500 card and not to onboard graphics.

I have AMD Sempron 140 on ASUS M2N68-AM SE2 motherboard, Strontium 1GB PC800 DDR2 RAM. But in system properties, the RAM is showing as 768 MB instead of 1024 MB (WinXP 32 bit). The dealer is saying the RAM...

Yes the dealer is correct that the 256 MB of your RAM is allocated to the video card of this computer since the unit has a built in NVIDIA GeForce 7025 Shared video memory (UMA)that uses 256 MB of your RAM , so if you like to maximize the use of your RAM you need to install a expansion video card.

Video card....

Most cheaper laptops do not include a full-blown graphics board with expensive dedicated graphics memory. Instead, system memory is shared between the CPU and the graphics subsystem.
How much memory actually is reserved for graphics purposes depends on the software you are running. The frame buffer (the memory used to store the pixels on your desktop) is only part of it - games, for example use a lot of memory to store textures and geometry data.
  • Minimum Graphics Memory: 128 MB
The smallest memory size your system must reserve for CPU/Graphics sharing.
  • Maximum Graphics Memory: 1341 MB
The largest chunk your system can configure for sharing.
From the DirectX report you can see, it currently uses 27 MB only.
Your laptop lacks the CPU and graphics power to run high demand games anyway, so 128 MB of shared memory should be sufficient. You can configure this to 256 or 512 MB in the BIOS configuration menu, but I doubt it will make any noticeable difference for you.

I have a Kodak Easy Share C310. It keeps saying that the internal memory card is full. The card is the camera is 200 photos yet it is only showing the original 16! Thanks, Kathy D

"internal memory card is full" There is no more space in the camera's internal memory. Your camera has 16 MB of internal memory. The number of pictures you can store depends on the Picture Size setting you have selected on your camera. The following are approximate number of pictures you can take at each setting: 4.0 MP: 16 pictures 3.1 MP: 18 pictures 2.8 MP: 20 pictures 2.1 MP: 29 pictures 1.1 MP: 48 pictures Internal Memory?the camera always uses internal memory, even if a card is installed. Auto (default)?the camera uses the card if one is in the camera. If not, the camera uses internal memory Image Storage Choose a storage location for pictures and videos. To correct the issue your getting follow this steps: 1.Press the Menu button. 2.Press to highlight the setting you wish to change, then press the OK button. - The settings you need to look for is Image Storage 3.Choose an option, then press the OK button. - The option you need to choose is Auto the camera uses the card if one is in the camera. 4.Press the Menu button to exit.

Cannot install 6940 driver

this is straight from hp
64 MB RAM for basic software installation (256 MB RAM for full software installation), 200 MB available hard disk space for basic software installation (450 MB for full software installation)
unless you get another 256mb memory it would be best for you to do basic installation.

Upgrading my fujitsu amilo pro v2010

Hi Brian,
It's not a problem as u think..
Yes your Ram is 256 M.B // but your Vga Card is built in the mother board with 64 M.B ..so it's share the Vga card Memory from ur basic ram (64 - 256 = 190~192 M.B) .
So u just need to increase ur rams by new one or replace this ur current ram by 2g.byte ram .

best luck.
