Good video, no sound with my dell dimension 9150

You can try to get the drivers off of your CD or you can download the drivers from here:
http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19

1. Just choose "Select A Different Product"
2. Then choose "No, Choose from a list of all Dell products" and
select "continue"
3. Then select "Desktops"
4. Then select "Dimension"
5. Then select "Dimension 9150/XPS 400"
6. Now just scroll down and pick the drivers you need.

Don't forget to install your chipset and network drivers as well.

Dell 8400 No Boot, not even POST

It sounds like your bios were improperly flashed or went bad. The X300 SE message is your video card. So your video card works, the system mostly works, but the BIOS isn't starting up. You should contact Dell and tell them the situation.

I upgrade the memory of a Dell Dimension Desktop 9150 from 512 MB to 2 GB,The machine accept up to 4 GB..In the BIOS appear the 2 GB but on system in Control Panel only shows 512 MB..Can anybody give me a...

No you don't have to install a 64 bit OS. Only if you install over 3 gigs you MUST install a 64 bit operating system. 800MHZ is fine it will just back down to 667MHZ. your 32bit windows OS will see up to 3 gigs (minus graphics card memory). SO 2 gigs will work fine. Install one stick at a time and check in the OS and bios to make sure each stick works. I would say you possibly have a dead ram stick.

Dell 9150

This system has onboard RAID, sometimes it is simply because the RAID controller is in error, to get it out of error:

* Disconnect the power cable
* Hold power button for 15 seconds
* Release the power button
* Plug in power cable
* Start the computer

If this does not work, please provide information, is is Windows XP or Vista?
