Picture wont come up on TV just the sound, i tryed unplugging everything and plugging it back in.

If the sound is working, I doubt the power supply is at fault. You can check with a simple voltmeter - red is positive, black negative - there should be 24VDC. There is an on-board regulator to drop the voltage for the CPU, etc, . THere is a green LED on the main board, so even if you don't have a Voltmeter, there is a visual indication that the power supply is somewhat functional.

I found a poor connection from the 24V power supply over to the inverter boards. I re-crimped the IDC connectors to the 24V supply and all was happy-town.

You popped the plasma HV generator. Do you use a UPC all the time, if not then power line surges or brownouts can cause this type of problem. Needs Pro shop repair, expect around 450.00. PS: buy a upc for around 10 minutes run time $80.00 ??

You goingto need to replce the powersupply inside www.partstore.com should have it or preorder it for you from the manufacture i think there around $150 they could be cheaper. Another option is Ebay. thanks for using fixa.com please rate.

I sugest you to change the video resolution settings on the PS-3 to see if TV sets to any one resolution...if you have any other video out (analog from PS3)...connect the out to TV and check video at different resolutions. If PS3 has Deep Color settings turn it OFF.
