MP4 didn't play my files only the ones that came on it

I have a MP4 touch 32Gb from China when I first connect the USB to PC WinXP it says that that there is a trouble in the connection but it works (in my PC Win2000 I can't transfer files because it freeze and I have to reset my PC to work again). When I created a sub-past in video past of MP4 it makes crazy and created multiples files with the same name and when I try to delete it didn't allow me. I can't see anymore the new files that I transfered to MP4 when I turn on it. I can only hear and watch the song and video that came on it - my new files didn't appear anymore (I tried to calibrate and the scream seems blue - I had to reset it, because it didn't answer anymore). (My MP4 software is TV569 MLC V3.0.3.1 and Hardware is TV1F569_V1.0). I don't know what to do. Thanks for any help - Claudia.

make sure that the song location is perfect..before copying it in to your MP4, Just play it in your computer and when it plays only copy to the player..ok though it is asking about extension...just format it once and copy the songs..it will work on...ok

Check the ikasu MP$ player manual for the video format that will work with the MP4.
Usually the MP4 has a diferrent formats for the videos
For ipod that's MOV so check it you just have to convert your videos to the right format

How do i download videos to my mp3 player

Firstly, if your player is strictly an MP3 player, it will not play videos. MP3 is a music file format. The generic/umbrella term for video files is MP4 (MP4 is just one video format, but is not the only one).
To download files from your PC to your player, hook up the player to a USB port on your PC using the USB cable that came with the player. Once connected , the player will show up in Windows file explorer as a removable drive. Copy and paste the files you want to download on that removable drive using Windows file explorer or Windows Media Player or iTunes

Check the user manual (find one online if you don't have the printed version). It will list the file types that the player can decode and play. If it does not specifically list mp4 or mkv files, you're out of luck. There's no way to add codecs to most DVD players.

Check your MP4 player's system requirements.
Some MP4 players are only capable of working with certain operating systems and hardware, so refer to your player's documentation to ensure it is capable of functioning with your PC.
Change the USB port your MP4 player is connected to if you have confirmed your PC can function with your MP4 player.

if you detele all the music from the player and then put in 1 or 2 songs, then play those two songs? do they play?

If they play fine, put in more songs, its very likely that you have been sold a face capasity player, I got a 16GB player from china, it was actually 4GB, everything above 4GB would not play.
