You have to do a few steps to check the problem :
1.Check if the wireless switch is on, on your laptop.
2. If it is on then check if the network adaptors are installed or not. You can check that by going into device manager ( start - run - devmgmt.msc).
If it is not installed you will find a exclamation mark or simply go to your manufacturers website and update your wireless driver.
3.Then go to Start\Connect To\Show All Network Connections (or, if this doesn't show up on your computer, Start\Control Panel\Network And Internet Connections\Network Connections). For your wireless card, remove it from the bridge (right click on the wireless network and enable it if it is disabled and then if you have a option remove it from bridge click on that.)
4.Restart your wireless zero configration.
Go to control panel/Administrative tools/Services, right-clicking on the "Wireless Zero Configuration", and telling it to stop. After it stops, right-click on it again, and tell it to start, and then wait a minute or so and see what happens.
then try to connect and see if you can for this go to the network and sharing center search for all the wireless networks and try to connect.
I think this should do it for you.
If not reply with the message or error you get.
