My Samsung SPH-M620 won't turn on. There is no response even to the "Reset" button and battery charging. I see an extremely faint Telus logo on both sides of the phone. How to fix?

This is because of the battery problem
your mobile battery will not charge even you put in charge,it will show charging symbol then it turns off...


you have to chage the battery.

Well my UpStage Samsung only stays on for a few sec then cut off
and on again & says it's charging....HELP what going on with
my phone,and can it be fixed?

you hold the power button and the reset button for 10 to 15 seconds and it might turn on. i tried it and it turned on again :) (might work)

Try reseting phone, if that doesn't work you will have to take it into sprint. This phone has alot of bugs.

Well if it's new, then I would take it back to the store from where you bought it. It will be under warranty so, if something is wrong you should be able to get it swapped out with a working one.

they do not sell batteries for it but i do have the kind of battery u r looking

u must get its software updated from samsung service center

My phone was doing the same thing..
I took it into the Sprint store, and they made me leave it for a couple hours so they could "try to fix it"..
Which, by the way.. they never can..
Any time I take a phone in there.

But basically, they made me order a whole new phone..
Because the Samsung UpStage is just a piece.

Sorry to be the barer (sp?) of bad news!!

go back to your local store that you bought your phone from, they will change it for you or fix it
