Daughter washed a feather pillow which fell apart in front load frigidare washer now it wont spin and drain can u help plz?

The pump is plugged most of the time it is under the washer take the hoses off and clean it out. Make sure to try to get ant feathers out of the hoses also

Pull off the lower front panel and reach up on the right of the washer to the door lock assembly you will feel a tab hanging down pull it and the door will release. Clean out the drain filter and pump hoses etc. Rise it out and you may have to clean the filter a few times.

either you have overloaded the machine or else your spin speed was set on high, lower it down and it should not happen next time.Make sure there is nothing broken inside the tumble or the spinning area...

clean the pump and also make sure that the pump motor is powered during draining

dont put expensive pillows into a washing machine.

There is a filter down in the bottom front of the washer (below the drum) that is probably clogged with feathers. It is a pain to get to, but once you get it cleaned out, the washer should spin and drain without problems.
