PL2010m displays two colors stays on just blue and white nothing else and it cover the entire screen
Sorry, but this sounds like a controller issue. Are you able to open the monitor's menu? If yes, try the monitor on another computer with other cables, if that doesn't help its a internal problem. The only thing you could try yourself is opening it up and reseat all of the cables. If that doesn't help, you should contact a professional or consider replacing the unit.

When powered on, it comes on green on the power button and show blue and white on the screen instead of the desktop display. Sometimes it is all white and stays until turn off.
when power on the power button is green and later turn brown. the display is blue and white covering the entire screen and stays until turned off.
