This is a common issue with this model. They used cheap components in the power supply board and these cheap capacitors fail and keep the unit from powering up. It is an easy repair to replace the bad capacitors with better quality parts and this should bring the unit back to life. my polariod pmp 280-4 will not get off the polariod screen

I purchased a battery charger for my Polaroid t831 camera at Radioshack.com. It is a universal li-ion battery charger runs about $39.99.

I have my tv set as a monitor. how do change to watch tv?

The codes for Polariod for that remote are showing 3398 or 2144

If these don't work let me know I will find the correct code if you give me the Model# on the polariod.

Go to the Polaroid Website and look up the VP's email address. Or fix it yourself (which would be quicker).

are you sure the remote is working if you have a digital camera point it at the digital camera and the view finder in the camera will pick up the infrared light if the remote is working, if it is go to polariod .com codes and they will have the right one's if not you will need the remote its 28.oo plus tax and shippimg for a polaroid factory replacement. ordered from polaroid.
