I can hear it quietly cutting on and off but it doesn't get cold. I've tried turning the temperature up and down but to no avail. I've plugged it directly into a wall plug and flipped the breakers What is my next step?
Fridges and freezers often don't like being started right after they have been moved/tipped, it's best to give them some time (a few hours) in the upright position to allow the refrigerant fluids to settle back where they're supposed to be before restarting.
Plug the freezer in a let it run. After a short while you will see frost lines inside the freezer. There will be corresponding hot areas outside the freezer if you feel along the outside of the freezer. The frost lines and hot areas are your coil routing. You would tap your holes between coils.
You jard the liquids. Did you just move it a little or move like to another house because if you move a frig or freezer somewhere or lay on it's side you shouldn't plug in for an hour or more so it all settles or it won't work. Hope this helped
your low side should read +5psi to 0 psi but not -2 psi. all of your tubing(evap+condenser) coils are inside the walls. it might be under the 5yr sealed system mgf. warrenty
