Belt number is 74376, there should be screws on the bottom, take those out and the top comes off, or the top and bottom come apart. You will want to clean evrything so the brush roll will roll easily.

On the top cover, there are holes at the front on both sides, there is a screw on each side in one of the holes. Take the out, and the cover should come off, then you can get to the brush roll and belt.

There 2 or 3 screw on the top cover to remove, then it comes off. Then you can get to the belt, inspect the brush roll while you have it out, make sure the ends move freely.

hey i had the same problem with mine, (standing over it and looking straight down) there should be two screws on the top of the yellow cover, one on each side, take those out and the yellow cover should easliy pop off. if the white ink is off the belt or the belt isnt tight than replace, once off just pop the wheel brush (which has the belt around it) up out of its socket and take off of the belt from the wheel brush and motor's metal pole, then put on the new one just like the old one was. let me know how it works out, [email protected]
