I have a LG 50PC3D and a few days ago I can see a like purple line down the left side about 2 pixels wide from top to bottom about 1/4 of the way in, but can only really see it when its blue green or white doesn't show when black is in the area. Any way to fix it? of course warranty was up in Jan =( also when screen is all black can notice 1000's of red pixel size dots bouncing around is that something that comes in over time? The tv was purchased in 07 wouldn't think it would be dying already.

From top left to right: red pin, blank blank
Middle left to right: black, white, blue
Bottom left to right: orange, yellow, purple
Top left pin (red) is positive and 1st left pin in middle (black) is negative. Straight 120v, but I don't know how to vary the speed by utilizing the other pins
Pixels on a plasma TV are from the zustain boards. You might have one or both of them about to go out. Horizontal lines are most likelly one of your buffers or the screen itself might be going bad. You can buy the sustain boards by part number that you can get from the board itself from www.interliquidparts.com
I really do not know there is the "Stuck Pixel Fixer programs" I think that Program Breakdown another IC. For this issue is absolutely the Plasma display panel have problem. You shall exchange it.
This is a problem within the screen, probably the connection from the internal ribbon connector to the display. Unfortunatly the only way to repair this is to have the screen replaced.
Don't recommend replacing the light tunnel if you never had any experience with DLP optical systems. you need to pay careful attention to the way you remove any screws or you will be forced disassembling the engine multiple time to get the alignment correctly.
