Front wipers arms going extreamly slow and you can hear the wiper motor maybe a fuse ?

the wiper motor could be the problem. could also be the mechanism
needs a lube or replacing. also, lift the wiper arms off the glass so they stand up then switch on wipers. if goes right , the motor is being overloaded. if still slow, the motor needs replacing.

Hellow!! well my boat wouldent start it just didnt have enough power or juice to start so now ive got my battery on charge . It was dead of cource but i want to know why ? its a 95 40hp evinrude! This...

It has a stator, it throws an alternating current to the battery, there is not an alternator like on a car. Your battery needs to be in top shape, unless you run your boat wide open, it will not charge up completely, I used to charge the bateries in my boat every time I used it. Check the battery, the water level in the battery, and the electrolyte fluid, if it is even a hair on the week side, or one dead cell, replace it or save it for a spare. The starter can get sluggish from carbon dropping down on the brushes, it could need to be blown out. Good luck, hope this helps.

Do they all 5 hp briggs boat moters jump around when they shift or is there somthing I am doing wrong thank you

Your idle speed is to high. These have (most of them) a wire wound round a drum for the clutch (called a bendix clutch) and it is very positive. so your idle must be real slow not to damage. it. If the engine will not run slow it's most likely problem is mixture adjustment after that would be the bottom seal.

05 ford 4x4 will not engage , no dash lights will come on showing 4x4 high or low. just bought truck it engaged a couple of times .not reliable now will not do anything. no noise grinding etc. it worked...

if you have an electric transfer switch start by checking the fuse, next if you have access to a lift
great if not on paved level ground jack it up onto 4
jack stands, have a helper get in the trk. to operate
the sw. check for pwr. at the shift moter if good start
trk. engage 4wd moter + see if the output shaft is
turning from the trans case to front differentialif it is
you may have a bad frt. hub. also if you have a manual shift case make all linkage is working to
the case the rest is the same. hope this helps
good luck.

4wd see if output shaft from trans. case to frt. diffirential if shaft turns
check the hubs if i remember correctly gm had problems with those
hubs in 95-96
ps if you can't use a lift, level paved ground+ 4 STURDY jack stands

The dryer keep tripping the breaker

It sounds like the current draw is too high This would be due to overload of dryer, motor overheating binding of the drum assy.. First re level the dryer, next disconnect the power and Vacume out the lint inside around moter, try spinning the drum manually to see if it moves freely( some resistance is ok) Another possibility can be lose electrical connections on the breaker or outlet. Disconnect power before testing. Let me know if these tips helped solve issue

Outboard motor won't run under load

I have 1969 5hp Johnson. Starts and runs good, but will only push a 14ft row boat slow at low to medium rpm. When at higher rpm the the motor just revs up and the boat slows down to almost nothing just like it has seaweed around prop.Any help would be great.

OUtboard motor tilt not working

There should be a hydraulic bypass valve screw on the tilt assembly. Usually a large slotted screw driver is needed to loosen the valve. The motor can now be lifted manually, but not with ease.
