Don't worry this is normal.Because while machine is running for vacuum or recycle mode, automatic air purge device will active for some time & it will purge air from ISV.

Every time machine is put on vacuum, it starts purging air

This is a normal function during vacuum. But it can happen if the refrigerant is not 100% pure. However if it is so ling then you may need to rebuild airpurge solenois or replace Automatic airpurge device. Hope this will help you to rectify the problem,if this solution is helpful to you please vote for it. Good luck.

Please check the following: Low side manifold gauge is going to -13"HG while you recover refrigerant from the vehicle. If low side gauge not rich to that lavel then vacuum sensor will detect pressuer &
it will stop you to make vacuum until you fix the problem. If it happen you may nee to rebuild/replace one or more of this solenoid.1#Vacuum solenoid 2# Recover solenoid.3# Recycle solenoid. Also check Low/High side small solenoids ( In the small block assy.)
If all of this solenoids working properly then check Vacuum pump capacitor & vacuum sensor.Hope this will help you to solve your problem.
