Blank Screen When I open phone screen goes blank. I can still use phone and text but its a bit difficult. Screen comes back if I turn off phone and turn on again. If I shut phone its back to blank screen when I open it again

Screen is prob damaged & needs replacing?

I've also had this problem. Nothing in the manual helps. Nothing on this site helps either nor any other website for that matter! Purely by trial and error I found the answer. Go through the Menu to get to the point where you're faced with a blank screen ready for text entry. Now press and hold the # key till 'Writing language' menu comes up on the screen. Now select 'English'. The screen reverts back to a blank 'ready for text' screen but you should find now that an 'open book' icon appears alongside the 'Aa' icon. You should now find that when you start entering text that you're in predictive text mode! Why the manual doesn't explain this I don't know.

its under warranty give it back to company

its broke...ive had many rumors finaly sprint saw that it wasnt me breaking them and i upgraded to a pink instinct for a good price...i would say try and get a better phone because trust me every rumor you get will end up breaking the same way!!

the problem is in display...better change ur display and use it...

the problem is with the phone's display, or with the connector...but it also may be with the phone's software...so I guess you should give it a master reset...but I don't guarantee that it will work

i had the same issue when my phone got slightly wet. try taking everything apart (sim card, battery, back). let them dry out for a little bit then after like a day or two put the phone back together. turn it on it will be a white screen for a little bit but give it like 2 or 3 mins and if should come back. I did this for my phone cuz i really needed the pictures off it and it worked! hopefully if will work for you too. GOOD LUCK!

i have one too and it always turns itself off at least 15 times a day and a red light comes on at the back and the screen is blank. It hangs up on people half way through phone calls, and tells me i have messages wich i don't and comes up with blank messages which i can't delete!! Today it has done the exact same thing again but it has been frozen for over 3hours i have tried taking the battery out and nothing works :(

change the ribbon(flex) cable.take it to technician.common problem with v3 and v3i

have u dropped ur fon? try if you can still recieve a call or a meassage, if so, your flex cable was faulty or cutted. but if you can't make a call if its just white screen your fon program might corrupted and need to be reprogrammed.
