Customizing the Transmission Verification Report You can use the Transmission Report as proof that you sent a fax. This report lists the time and date of transmission and whether the transmission was successful (OK). If you select On or On+Image, the report will print for every fax you send. If you send a lot of faxes to the same place, you may need more than the job numbers to know which faxes you must send again. Selecting On+Image or Off+Image will print a section of the fax's first page on the report to help you remember. NOTE:When the Verification Report is turned Off or Off+Image, the Report will only print if there is a transmission error, with NG in the RESULT column. 1 Press Menu/Set, 2, 4, 1. 2 Press ? or ? to select Off+Image, On, On+Image or Off. Press Menu/Set. 3 Press Stop/Exit.

Take normal telephone cable(direct line )Put it into Line which written in printer backside,three possibilities you said in that anotherone(square).

Page 104 & 105 talk about the activity report. You can have it print out every 20 transactions but you can also look at the log as a whole report as well. The manual for your printer is located here:

Make sure you have adobe reader on your computer and check out pages 104 and 105. They talk alot about the activity report.

Check for any saved faxes sent/received and remove. Remove the Canon Software and reinstall.

the m/c cant save faxes to your pc!The best would be to get a fax 2 mail nr and recieve on your pc and then print what u need!
