CSO is a compress method for the ISO image format previously the psp copied games formats were .iso but .cso puts the games in more small size with nothing less then .iso
It might be that the SD card's format isn't right for the psp to read, if you have a psp usb cable you might be able to change the sd card to the right format via CPU.
