My mobile is a sony ericsson cybershot k550i, i got it 6 months ago, this morning it was workin fine then all of a sudden it just turned itself off and now i cant get it to go bk on, ive tried charging it but thats not working either, the battery was half full when it went off and it wasnt dropped or near water when it went off, please can you help me thank you
Its within the warranty period so get it to the service station, such problems are rare and cannot be handled by us.
It is best to take it to service center.. they ll repair or replace.
I had this problem last year (as you can see) and I sent it in for repair as soon as I got back from mexico - sony gave it back saying it had water damage (so was MY fault) and they couldn't fix it! They offered to try to fix it for £30 with NO guarantee that it would work, I bought a new sony there and then for £20!

By the way, mine had a red light flashing up the top every time I pressed the on button or plugged it in as well.
