When i start to print it always gives me paper jam and print fain

Clean the paper feed rollers,the fusing unit rollers and print the blank page(min.10-15) for clean the upper fuser hot roller.Agiting the toner.

Clean your roller and see if there are loose gears or trapped objects inside. As for the faint prints, check your toner density. The normal setting should be 3

There are possibly 2 reasons why this is happening.
1. The drum unit may have been damaged in some way but I doubt it. Check fully that all contacts are in the right place at either side of the drum unit. A contact may be slightly bent.
2. Check the Transfer Roller is in its correct position. The transfer roller is the felt type roller that is positioned in the printer under where the drum unit goes. If this has got out of position then that could also cause the faint printing. Check contacts in printer are not bent.

Dust or debris

One of the main causes for paper jams is the presence of dirt, dust, or debris in your toner cartridge. The paper coming into the cartridge would get stuck. So clean your printer regularly. Remove the dust from the printer. Also find out whether any jams occurred in the sensor hole in the upper part of the rotating drum. Do not touch the roller while cleaning. If the oil in your body gets into the roller, the printing media cannot roll over it properly and you can't get rid of the printer problem.

Rotating drum problem

If there is no direct symptom of paper jam and still you cannot do printing properly, find whether it is because of drum problem. If the paper gets into the end gear of the rotating drum and gets stuck there, you cannot access the printing function. Switch off your printer and check the plastic arms of the printer drum. If there is any paper piece jammed in any of the arms, you can't continue printing. Here also cleaning is the best method to solve the problem. While cleaning, check the arms of the rotating drum.

Toner or fuser complaint

Toner complaint may also cause paper jams. It can be solved only by replacing it. When you switch on the loop back plug in, two flash lights appear; then it indicates paper jam. The oil spillage in toner can cause this problem. If the toner cartridge is not functioning properly, the same problem would be the result. The diodes or transistors in the fuser unit of the printer may get damaged and this can lead to fuser complaints. To solve this problem, you should replace it.

1. You have to clear paper feed roller
- to do this just follow simple steps:
- open fron cover
- remove toner cartridge
- use wet cloth (water or alcohol) to clear rubber feeder
- put toner cartridge back
- close front door

2. If the problem persist - chek all paper path sensors for lack of moving.

turn on/off, unplug, wait a minute, plug back in, should reset.
take all paper out. check to see if any paper is jammed in the rollers or if there is something causing the ink dispensary to dribble
go to application folder for your computer, dbl click icon for make of printer, for settings, check to ensure everything is order. run a 'test' print to clean the drum, this might help

When the print on the paper is faint and not as black as normal.
You can get a few extra prints from the toner cartridge by removing the toner cartridge by giving it a shake in the horizontal position and inserting it back into the printer.

just open the printer cover and clean the toner with tissue paper and make sure the toner is not damage othewise you have to replace the toner.

check your toner cartridge and also u need to service the printer fuser aseembly.also change roller.or taplon tape.
