I have a byD:sign d:5032 50inch and its a piece of junk.  i had a 62 inch DLP from byD:sign that broke with in the first 2 months.  They couldnt find anyone locally to fix it so they sent me the parts and i fixed it myself.  It worked for another 3 months and died again.  Got a hold of them again and they sent me the that d:5032 50 inch plasma.  That has worked for the past 7 months and now it too has **** the bed and all the numbers i had for vegas byD:sign are turned off.  If anyone has any idea how to get a hold of this company now please let me know,  and to anyone else dont go with byD:sign or you'll be in the same boat im in.

If you purchased from a major retailer, could you try going to another store?

Also try contacting the manufacturer. Hopefully you are still under some kind of warranty, even if the place of purchase is no longer there.

Just to be sure, have you tried a different source - like a video camera, still camera with video output, laptop, or a different DVD player?

Good luck, I hope you can get it fixed!

I'm trying to program my ''Comcast'' cable box remote control to operate my byd:sign model d:5032M plasma TV. Comcast does not have a standard 4 digit TV code to use. How can I get the code as there is no...

If your brand of TV does not respond to the remote control after trying all of the codes listed, or if your brand is not listed at all, try searching for your code.
1. Turn on your TV.
2. Press and hold SETuntil the Red Light blinks twice, then release SET.
3. Enter in 9 - 9 - 1. The Red Light will blink twice.
4. While pointing the remote control at the TV and press and release the CH + key until the TV turns off. (Note: You may need to press [CH+] numerous times).
NOTE: In the search mode, the remote control will send IR codes from its library to the TV.
5. Press SETonce to lock in the code. The Red Light will blink twice.
