take off side cover and fit chain around clutch teeth and around bar. make shure sharp side of cutting teeth are facing away from saw. reinstall side cover and tighten chain to have about 1\4 in play when pulled from the top.

You can take the cable of and lube it with wd40 or silicone spray then reinstall. Your only solution is lots of lube. Pull cable far as you can one way then spray the cable on that side and then pull it through all the way on the other side and do the same. remove the plastic housing to gain access to the recoil. Pull the cord slowly all the way out,this will cause the spring to wind up.Clamp the recoil wheel so it will not return to its original position,be carefull the recoil has tension on it not remove the old pull rope and thread the new one in and thru the hole of the recoil tie knot.pull on the cord to take tension off and at the same time remove clamp. Slowly allow the recoil to wind the rope in and reinstall on unit.

Try uninstalling the bluetooth software and go to dells website for drivers. Put in your service tag number and download the bluetooth driver and reinstall...That should sort it for you..
