i think acording my experiances the fault is in ur memory. please delete all ur older 4tos and then try ur cam. please delete them by a computer. then check it. if it still does not fix ya please get ur cam a ful service. thankyou!
Pictures taken on a built in web-cam are normally saved in your documents folder specific folder for the software that you are using to take the pictures..If you navigate to the folder you should be able to delete the pictures. Also if the software using for example (YouCam) to interact with the web-cam, they allow you to delete pictures taken with the web-cam. Just click on the image and hit delete or right click the image and choose delete.
The way that I have been deleteing the pictures is by opening the battery door and taking out the battery and putting it back in and then the pictures are deleted
