unfortunately and of course i could be wrong that is a clone. there doesn't seem to be an english language manual so i'll have to suggest you do what i do when you can't find one. here is the link on youtube for that brand, watch and try and learn

-go to settings it looks like a little gear icon
-next select the option that looks like an ipod
-then go to option number three which is language
-finally the first one should be english if not try the other ones

Go to settings--then go to phone settings--then go to language settings--then go to phone language
there you can change your phone's language to english if this is not possible contact your phone's website there you will find latest details.

use google translater to get the chinese words for the bolded words.It could be easy for you to indentify the icons.
