I have a brand new Frigdaire 21 cu. ft. refrigerator. The freezer temperature is perfect, but anything placed in the fridge spoils or goes rotten rather quickly. The temperature in the fridge is room temperature...approximately 70-75 degrees. I did go to the Frigdaire website, but their troubleshooting guide didn't help me at all.
Try to defrost the unit, if it wont work check the air vents if air is
present. Check also if some of your stuff may be obstructing the air
vent.

I forgot to add that the model is FRT21S6A, top freezer.
It's not a side-by-side unit. It is a top-freezer type unit, so the diagram you posted really doesn't help me. But thanx for offering your help.
temperatures are perfect and freezer and fridge but alarm will not quit beeping
Turn the power off at switch four about two hours and switch back on and works great for a week and then same problem
freezer and fridge temperatures both at 75 F
